The USU Faculty of Agriculture and BTN officially signed a collaboration agreement to strengthen the partnership. It is hoped that this collaboration will provide significant benefits for both institutions.

The Faculty of Agriculture of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) signed a partnership agreement with the Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) on October 30, 2024, at the Dean's Meeting Room of the USU Faculty of Agriculture. This partnership agreement was signed by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Agriculture and the Branch Manager of the BTN Medan Branch Office. Also attending this activity were Vice Deans II and III of FP USU, the Head of the Partnership Subdivision, expert staff, the BTN Sumatra Region Office, and several other BTN staff.

The two parties have been implementing partnerships for a long time, even before the signing of this partnership agreement. It is hoped that after this signing, more collaboration will be implemented to provide benefits for FP USU and BTN.
