The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) collaborated with PT. Indojaya Agrinusa (JAPFA) to discuss a collaboration agreement related to alumni recruitment from the Animal Husbandry program. The Faculty of Agriculture welcomed the collaboration with enthusiasm. Representing PT. Indojaya Agrinusa (JAPFA) were Novi Milvizar, S.H. (HR Manager) and two members from the Breeding Division. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Agriculture was represented by the Vice Dean III (Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si.), Head of the Undergraduate Program in Animal Husbandry (Dr. Ir. Ma'ruf Tafsin, M.Si., IPM), Head of the Master’s Program in Animal Science (Dr. Ir. Nevy Diana Hanafi, SPt., M.Si., IPM), and several Animal Husbandry lecturers. The meeting took place in the Meeting Room of the Main Building of the Faculty of Agriculture USU on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.

The meeting resulted in an agreement to conduct a Campus Hiring event by PT. Indojaya Agrinusa (JAPFA), planned for March.
It is hoped that this collaboration plan can be realized soon and bring positive benefits to both the Faculty of Agriculture at USU and PT. Indojaya Agrinusa (JAPFA), supporting USU's continuous transformation under the spirit of “Transformation Towards the Ultimate.”
