A collaboration agreement between the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), and the Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS) was signed on August 16, 2023.


The event was followed by the implementation of the collaboration through a public lecture held in the D.H. Penny Room. The keynote speaker at the lecture was Dr. Ir. M. Edwin Syahputra Lubis, S.H., M.Agr., Sc., who serves as the Head of PPKS.


In the future, it is hoped that more collaborative efforts can be established between the Faculty of Agriculture USU and PPKS, particularly in research, community service, and the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program.
