TALENTA training for Education Personnel in the Agriculture Environment of the Universitas Sumatera Utara has been held by the USU Human Resources Bureau with the theme “Strengthening the BINTANG Value System in providing the best service” on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in the Meeting Room of the Main Building of the USU Faculty of Agriculture.
The event began with remarks by the Head of the Development and Welfare Section of the USU Human Resources Bureau, Dra. Herlina Mesta.

The resource persons in this training were Amalia Meutia M.Psi, Psychologist as Head of Public Relations, Promotion and Protocol of USU with the material “Application of the BINTANG BerAKHLAK value system for Education Personnel in the USU Environment” and Juli Agustini, S.E with the material “Excellent Service Communication Techniques for Education Personnel in the USU Environment” which was accompanied by a roleplay of Education Personnel services at the end of the event.
“BINTANG is the USU value system” is one sentence instilled by Mrs. Amalia as the Head of Public Relations, Promotion and Protocol of USU.
BINTANG stands for B, Fearing God Almighty. IN, Innovative with integrity and TANG is tough and wise. So with the cultivation of these values in the Education Personnel, especially the USU Faculty of Agriculture, effective communication skills and excellent service can be achieved so that they can support better academic activities.
