The summer course was organized by the Study Programs of Agrotechnology, Food Technology, and Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, from July 24 to August 1, 2023.
The event was attended by 20 international students and 164 domestic students. The lectures in this summer course were delivered by 8 speakers from both domestic and international backgrounds and were conducted in a hybrid format. Meanwhile, the field trips during the summer course were held offline.
