The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), welcomed a visit from PT. Flora Agung on Friday, May 23, 2025, held at the Main Building Meeting Room of the Faculty. The purpose of the visit was to discuss a potential partnership between the two parties.
The meeting was attended by representatives from PT. Flora Agung, Dr. Nini Rahmawati, S.P., M.Si. as the Head of the Undergraduate Program in Agrotechnology, Dr. Ir. Razali, M.P., and expert staff from the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Agriculture, USU.
The planned partnership will include cooperation in the fields of education, research, and community service. The initial collaboration will focus on managing a Food Estate in Pakpak Bharat.
It is hoped that a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Faculty of Agriculture, USU, and PT. Flora Agung can be finalized soon so that the collaboration in managing the Food Estate in Pakpak Bharat can be promptly implemented.
