The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), welcomed representatives from Regal Springs Indonesia on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the FP USU Dean’s Meeting Room. The meeting focused on plans for strategic collaboration in student internships and research for the upcoming semester, aiming to strengthen synergy between academia and industry.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), received a visit from representatives of Regal Springs Indonesia (RSI) on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The meeting, held in the FP USU Dean’s Meeting Room, marked an important step in exploring strategic collaboration opportunities between academia and industry.

 

The RSI delegation included Rachmat Hidayat (Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability), Intan Hartika Sari (External Affairs Manager), Delfania Matasik (Senior Sustainability Manager), Respati Bayu Aji (HR Director), and Nila from the HR team. They were warmly welcomed by the leadership and academic community of The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU).

 

From The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), the meeting was attended by the Dean, Tavi Supriana, accompanied by the Vice Dean III, Elisa Julianti. Also present were Desrita (Head of the Undergraduate Aquatic Resources Management Study Program), Yustika Venawati (Head of Cooperation Subdivision), as well as lecturers Ahmad Muhtadi and Atmadinata Aviantara. The event also involved the Dean’s Expert Staff for Public Relations, Nursa’adah.

 

The discussion centered on plans for collaboration covering student internship programs and research initiatives for the upcoming semester. This partnership is expected to provide students with valuable industry experience while supporting the development of research aligned with real-world needs.

Through this synergy between The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU) and Regal Springs Indonesia, the collaboration is expected to be sustainably implemented and deliver tangible benefits for both parties, particularly in enhancing human resource quality and contributing to the development of the fisheries sector and environmental sustainability.
