The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara successfully held the 2025 Outstanding Student Selection (Pilmapres) on Sunday, June 15, 2025. The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean I, Prof. Dr. Lisnawita, S.P., M.Si., and attended by Heads of Study Programs, lecturers, and all Pilmapres participants.
In this event, participants were required to present innovative ideas under the theme “Technology-Based Smart Agriculture Towards Independent Food Security.” Presentations were evaluated by a panel of three expert judges:

The competition ran smoothly and with great enthusiasm. At the end of the event, the 2025 Faculty of Agriculture Pilmapres winners were announced:

2nd Place: M. Ghozi Muzakki (Food Technology)
3rd Place: Devlin Halomoan Simanihuruk (Agribusiness)
