The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), once again achieved a notable accomplishment at the USU Awarding Night held on December 9, 2025. During the event, FP USU received several awards in recognition of academic achievements, institutional contributions, and the role of its academic community in supporting university programs.
The awards received by the USU Faculty of Agriculture included First Place for the Study Program with the Highest Number of Students in the Plug and Play Program 2025, awarded to the Undergraduate Program in Agrotechnology; the Undergraduate Program in Agribusiness as a Study Program with Full International Accreditation; as well as Best SDGs Contributor I, awarded to Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si., and Best SDGs Contributor III, awarded to Nur Ulina Warnisyah Br. Sebayang, M.Agr. In addition, the Best Quality Control Group Award was received by Ir. Peni Patriani, S.Pt., M.P., IPM, ASEAN Eng.
These achievements reflect the strong commitment of the USU Faculty of Agriculture to continuously improving the quality of education, research, and community service. It is expected that in the future, the USU Faculty of Agriculture will continue to maintain and enhance its performance at the USU Awarding Night 2026.
