The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), received a visit from Gan Kapital (GK) Group on Thursday, August 28, 2025, for the implementation of open recruitment as well as discussions on cooperation plans within the faculty.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), welcomed the arrival of Gan Kapital (GK) Group for the implementation of open recruitment as well as discussions on cooperation plans on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

 

Vice Dean III of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si., expressed appreciation for the presence of GK Group. “We warmly welcome this collaboration as it can open wider opportunities for students and alumni of the USU Faculty of Agriculture,” said Prof. Elisa.

 

GK Group was represented by Eri Iriawan Hastono (Dept. Head of Human Capital and General Affairs), Dominggo Tampubolon (Senior Manager GBU), Aisyah Namira (Talent Acquisition), and Rizky Shofiana (Organization Development Officer).

 

On this occasion, Eri Iriawan Hastono emphasized GK Group’s openness to building broader synergy. “GK Group is very open to collaboration with the USU Faculty of Agriculture, and in the future, it will not only focus on recruitment,” said Mr. Eri.

 

After the courtesy session and discussion, GK Group continued with the open recruitment agenda, which took place on August 28–29, 2025, at the USU Faculty of Agriculture. At the interview stage, as many as 48 participants took part in the selection, the majority of whom were alumni of the USU Faculty of Agriculture. Through this activity, the USU Faculty of Agriculture hopes that cooperation with GK Group will be sustainable and provide broader career opportunities for students and alumni.
