Visit of Agrotechnology Study Program Students of North Nias Regency Campus to USU Faculty of Agriculture in 2024

The USU Faculty of Agriculture had a group of students from the North Nias Regency Campus Agrotechnology study program on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. The students of the Agrotechnology study program at the North Nias Regency Campus who visited the USU Faculty of Agriculture were 17 people. The arrival of the students from North Nias was warmly welcomed by the Dean of the USU Faculty of Agriculture (Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS.), Deputy Deans I, II, and III, Head of the Agrotechnology Study Program and the North Nias Regency Campus Agrotechnology Study Program, Expert Staff, and several students.

The students' arrival was in preparation for the PKL debriefing, which they will soon carry out. Some of the PKL locations for students of the Agrotechnology Study Program at the North Nias Regency Campus include the Palm Oil Research Center, Sungei Putih Research Center, and PTPN IV Adolina Plantation.

In addition, the students had the opportunity to listen to sharing sessions from representatives of BEM and HIMAGROTEK, as well as Forti Ceria Kasih Harefa as one of the students who had the opportunity to do a Summer Job internship in Japan. Not only that, the students were also invited to see the facilities at the USU Faculty of Agriculture.

Hopefully, with this visit, the students of the Agrotechnology study program at the North Nias Regency Campus will be more motivated to continue to be enthusiastic about running lectures and achieving.
