The Workshop for Banker Sustainable Finance and Financing was held on September 13–14, 2023, by the Master's Program in Agribusiness, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). This program was designed for four main target groups: students, corporate managers, cooperative managers, and banking staff.

The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS. The first day featured presentations by expert speakers, including Sonny Mumbunan, Ph.D. (Coordinator of the Center for Climate and Sustainable Finance at Universitas Indonesia/CCSF UI), Siti Yayuningsih (Executive Researcher at OJK Institute), and Raflia Alfar (Credit Review Specialist at Bank Sumut). On the second day, participants joined a field trip to community farms and a private oil palm plantation, PT. Socfin Indonesia Kebun Bangun Bandar.
It is hoped that collaboration between USU, Bank Sumut, OJK, and UI will strengthen in the future, contributing significantly to action plans aimed at achieving sustainable development..png)
