The Faculty of Agriculture USU announces changes to the graduation schedule for Period I of the 2026/2027 Academic Year based on a letter from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs. Graduation registration has been extended until October 29, 2026, document submission is scheduled for November 2, 2026, and the graduation ceremony will take place on November 26–27, 2026.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), announces changes to the graduation schedule for Universitas Sumatera Utara graduates for Period I of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. These changes refer to the letter from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs Number 23987/UN5/WR1/R1/WA.00.00/2026 dated September 21, 2026, regarding the USU Graduation Ceremony for Period I of the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

The schedule changes to be noted are as follows:

Graduation Registration at the Faculty/School of Postgraduate Level

Originally scheduled for October 23, 2026, it has been changed to October 29, 2026.

Submission of Graduates' Documents from the Faculty/School of Postgraduate to the Directorate of Admissions and Student Services

Originally scheduled for October 28, 2026, it has been changed to November 2, 2026.

USU Graduation Ceremony for Period I of the 2026/2027 Academic Year

Originally scheduled for November 27–28, 2026, it has been changed to November 26–27, 2026.

In connection with these changes, all prospective graduates of the Faculty of Agriculture USU are advised to take note of the updated schedule and ensure that all administrative requirements are completed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
