This program provides opportunities for young graduates to develop professional competencies in the fields of agronomy and palm oil mills through an intensive one-year training program.
Agrinas Palma Nusantara opens opportunities for the Campus Hiring Specialist Trainee Program held at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). This program is open to the public for graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the palm oil plantation sector.

Assistant Agronomist
Assistant PKS (Palm Oil Mill)
Requirements
S1/D4/D3 graduates according to the position applied for from relevant majors
Experience in the plantation sector is an added value
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
Communicative, disciplined, and possessing leadership qualities
Willing to participate in a one (1) year training program
