First Resources Group is opening recruitment for its Field Assistant Training (FAT) and Traction Assistant Training (TAT) programs for S1/D4 graduates in agriculture, forestry, engineering, and automotive fields. The 6-month training includes placement in Sumatra and Kalimantan. Registration is open until July 19, 2025.

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, announces that First Resources Group, one of the leading palm oil producers in the Asia-Pacific region, is offering an opportunity for top graduates to join and be trained as future leaders in the plantation industry through the following programs:

  • FAT (Field Assistant Training)

    A training program to prepare candidates for the position of Field Assistant
    Qualifications: S1/D4 in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, or Agricultural Engineering

  • TAT (Traction Assistant Training)

    A training program to prepare candidates for the position of Traction Assistant
    Qualifications: S1/D4 in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive

General Requirements:

  • Willing to undergo 6 months of training

  • Willing to be placed in plantation areas in Sumatra and Kalimantan
