Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd. is opening recruitment for the 2026 Management Trainee Field Assistant program for Diploma and Applied Bachelor’s graduates in agriculture-related fields. Placement will be in Central Papua, with applications open until May 25, 2026.
Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd. is offering career opportunities for young graduates through its Management Trainee (MT) – Field Assistant (FA) program. This program is intended for candidates with an educational background in agriculture who are eager to build a career in the plantation industry.
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop competent future professionals who are ready to work in the field, particularly within the company’s operational areas.
Qualifications
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or related fields from a reputable university
Open to fresh graduates
Willing to be placed in Nabire, Central Papua, Indonesia
Willing to participate in the recruitment process in Medan
Program Benefits
