The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), is inviting 25 active students to apply as Student Delegates for the World Friends Korea (WFK) Youth Volunteer Program – Indonesia 2026. The program offers an opportunity to participate in an International Academic and Cultural Exchange with students from the Republic of Korea through academic discussions, cultural exchange, and global networking. Registration is open from 10–15 July 2026.
The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), is inviting 25 active students to join as Student Delegates in the World Friends Korea (WFK) Youth Volunteer Program – Indonesia 2026, an International Academic and Cultural Exchange program with students from the Republic of Korea.
This program is part of an international collaboration between the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and Kijami Table Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea), aimed at strengthening academic cooperation, promoting cultural exchange, and enhancing awareness of climate change, environmental issues, and sustainable agriculture.
Selected delegates will participate in the International Academic Exchange on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The program will feature a Welcome Session, Exchange Presentations on Climate Change and the Environment, Collaborative Discussions with Korean Students, and an Academic Networking Session. Through these activities, participants are expected to broaden their global perspectives, strengthen their cross-cultural communication skills, and build international academic networks.
Applicants must be active students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, with good proficiency in both spoken and written English. They should also demonstrate an interest in climate change, environmental sustainability, sustainable agriculture, and community development, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international team.
In addition to gaining valuable international academic experience, participants will have the opportunity to build global networks with Korean students, engage in cultural exchange activities, and receive a Certificate of Participation.
