Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (minimum S1) in Psychology, Agronomy, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field from a reputable university.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to be based in Jakarta.
Willing to participate in the recruitment process in Yogyakarta and Medan.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviews, job offers, and medical check-up processes.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Collaborate with Department Heads to fulfill the company's recruitment needs.
