The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, provides student activity grants for UKM and HMJ organizations. Applications are open until August 15, 2023, with requirements including an activity report and an official organizational decree.
In line with the achievement of Key Performance Indicator 2 and the Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, for 2020–2024, the faculty facilitates Student Activity Units (UKM) and Student Associations (HMJ) through a student activity grant mechanism. Therefore, we kindly request your assistance in disseminating this information to UKM and HMJ organizations.
The requirements for activities eligible for grants are as follows:
UKM or HMJ within the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, proven by an official Organizational Decree from the Faculty of Agriculture and having a clear work program, vision, and mission.
Activities must contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicator 2.
The activity must align with the event’s theme.
Submission of an activity report in the specified format (attached in Appendix 1).
Grants are provided for three different student activities, with an amount of Rp200,000 per activity.
The activity report must be printed in two copies and submitted to the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Division no later than August 15, 2023.
