PT Socfin Indonesia is part of the Socfin Group, a plantation company engaged in the cultivation and management of oil palm and rubber plantations, with operational areas primarily located in North Sumatra and Aceh Provinces.

Position Available

Field Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage plantation divisions to maximize oil palm fruit production potential.
2. Organize and supervise operational activities in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
3. Implement company strategies and lead day-to-day field operations.
4. Maintain positive relationships with surrounding communities and address potential social issues.
5. Safeguard company assets by overseeing security-related matters within and around the plantation division.
6. Prepare administrative reports and operational budget documentation.

Qualifications

Applicants must:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from one of the following disciplines:
   • Agronomy
   • Agrotechnology / Agroecotechnology
   • Agricultural Cultivation
   • Plant Pests and Diseases
   • Soil Science
   • Plant Breeding
   • Agribusiness
   • Agricultural Engineering
2. Meet the minimum GPA requirements:
   • Public Universities: 2.75
   • Private Universities: 3.00
3. Be willing to work in plantation areas or remote locations.
4. Possess strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Demonstrate good management abilities, attention to detail, and decisiveness.
6. Have basic English proficiency and computer skills (preferred).
