This program is designed through structured training at the Minamas Training Center to prepare professional and high-integrity future leaders.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of work experience
Willing to be placed at estates or mills across all company operational units
Willing to undergo a 1-year training program at the Minamas Training Center
Highly motivated to learn, with good communication and teamwork skills
Physically and mentally healthy
English proficiency is an added value

Qualifications (Cadet ProHire – Experienced)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant in Agronomy, Mill, or Administration within the palm oil industry
Willing to be placed at estates or mills across all company operational units
Willing to undergo a 1-month onboarding program at the Training Center (starting 1 April 2026)
Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and a high willingness to learn
Physically and mentally healthy
English proficiency is an added value

Roles and Responsibilities of Cadet ProHire
1. Agronomy
Supervise Estate Division operations in accordance with plans and budgets
Plan and monitor cultivation activities from planting to harvesting
Coordinate the transportation of harvested crops to the mill
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Ensure occupational safety and compliance with RSPO/ISPO standards
2. Mill
Supervise daily mill operations to ensure effective and efficient processing of FFB into CPO
Manage work schedules and manpower
Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues
Ensure production targets, extraction rates, and quality are achieved with minimal losses
Implement occupational safety procedures and environmental compliance (RSPO/ISPO)
Prepare daily and monthly production reports
3. Administration
Manage estate/mill administrative functions including HR, finance, and general services
Manage employee attendance data and personnel administration
Monitor budgets, operational costs, and petty cash
Maintain orderly documentation and filing systems
Support reporting activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Provide effective administrative support for daily estate/mill operations
