Description

First Resources Group is once again opening job opportunities for the positions of Field Assistant Training (FAT), Mill Assistant Training (TAT), and Administration Assistant Training (AAT) in the provinces of Riau, East Kalimantan, and West Kalimantan, Indonesia. This opportunity is intended for graduates from the faculties of Agriculture, Forestry, Economics and Business, and Engineering.

First Resources is a leading palm oil producer in the Asia-Pacific region, managing over 200,000 hectares of oil palm plantations across the provinces of Riau, East Kalimantan, and West Kalimantan in Indonesia. The company operates in oil palm cultivation, fresh fruit bunch harvesting, and the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK). In addition to managing plantations and palm oil mills, First Resources also owns facilities for refining, fractionation, biodiesel production, and palm kernel processing.

 

General Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1), Applied Bachelor's (D4), or Diploma (D3).

    • FAT: Majors in Agriculture, Plantation, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering

    • TAT: Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Agricultural Mechanization

    • AAT: Majors in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Faculty of Economics (Accounting & Management)

  2. Willing to attend a 6-month training program

  3. Willing to be placed in the Sumatra and Kalimantan regions
