First Resources offers career opportunities as Field Assistant, Mill Assistant, and Administration Assistant through a 6-month intensive training program. The program equips participants with knowledge, skills, and the mindset of PLANTERS aligned with First Resources' culture.

First Resources is once again opening career opportunities for the following positions:

  1. Field Assistant (FAT)

  2. Mill Assistant (MAT)

  3. Administration Assistant (AAT)

This program is designed to prepare candidates for roles as plantation assistants, mill assistants, and plantation administration managers by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to work in the palm oil plantation industry. The program is conducted regularly (scheduled and continuous) over 6 months, accompanied by mentoring to prepare candidates with the mindset of PLANTERS aligned with First Resources' culture.

 

Curriculum:

  1. General Competency Materials

  2. Technical Competency Materials

  3. Supporting Competency Materials

 

Learning Methods:

The program employs a learning method with the following composition:

  • 70% experiential learning

  • 20% social learning

  • 10% formal learning
