PT Anam Koto, a company engaged in oil palm plantations and palm oil mills, is offering an opportunity for graduates in agriculture-related fields to join its Management Trainee program under recruitment code 202607-C01.

The program provides participants with opportunities to gain experience and develop their competencies through in-class training and on-the-job training in oil palm plantation and palm oil mill work environments.

Qualifications:

Male, maximum 25 years old.
Minimum D-IV/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Graduates of 2024, 2025, or 2026.
Willing to participate in in-class training and on-the-job training.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and email.
Willing to be placed in the West Sumatra region.
