FAPA Assistant – Management Trainee Program

 

The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, announces that PT. FAP Agri Tbk is offering career opportunities through its Management Trainee Program (FAPA Assistant) for the following positions:

  • Estate Assistant (Agrotechnology, Agriculture, Forestry)

  • Workshop Assistant (Mechanical Engineering)

  • Mill Assistant (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering)

  • Administration Assistant (Accounting)

General Requirements:

  • Minimum education: D4 or S1 (Bachelor’s Degree)

  • Graduated and attended commencement at the time of registration or selection

  • Proportional height and weight

  • Willing to be placed in PT. FAP Agri Tbk plantation units in North and East Kalimantan

  • Willing to commit to a 2-year service bond

Recruitment Stages:

  • Online Registration: June 2 – 30, 2025

  • Online Psychotest: June 23 – 28, 2025

  • Walk-in Interview: July 7 – 14, 2025
