A career opportunity for outstanding graduates to join a career development program organized by First Resources Group. This program is intended for prospective professionals who wish to build a career in the palm oil plantation industry.

 

First Resources is one of the leading palm oil producers in the Asia-Pacific region, managing more than 200,000 hectares of plantations in Riau, East Kalimantan, and West Kalimantan. In addition to cultivation activities and the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK), the company also operates refinery, fractionation, biodiesel, and palm kernel processing facilities.

 

Through the Mill Assistant Training (MAT) program, participants will be prepared to become competent Palm Oil Mill (PKS) Assistants who are ready to face the challenges of the industry.

General Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of S1/D4 from the following majors:
    Mechanical Engineering
    Electrical Engineering
    Chemical Engineering
    Industrial Engineering

  • Willing to participate in a 6-month training program

  • Willing to undertake a 2-year service bond

  • Willing to be placed in Sumatra and Kalimantan

The recruitment process, which includes a psychotest and interview, will be conducted from February to March 2026.
