The Regal Springs Indonesia Job Seeker Internship Program offers final-year students and fresh graduates of the Aquatic Resources Management Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, USU, an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the modern aquaculture industry for six months. Participants will receive direct mentorship from industry professionals, a monthly allowance, transportation facilities, and opportunities to develop professional competencies in aquaculture.

Regal Springs Indonesia (RSI) is offering an opportunity for final-year students and fresh graduates of the Aquatic Resources Management Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), to participate in its six-month Job Seeker Internship Program.

The program is designed to provide participants with practical work experience in the modern aquaculture industry while serving as a bridge to develop professional competencies and career opportunities in aquaculture and fish farming.

Placement Locations

• Hatchery Division – Serdang Bedagai Regency
• Farming Division – Toba Regency

Program Duration

6 Months

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a student of the Aquatic Resources Management Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, USU, or a fresh graduate.
• Have completed their final project/thesis and be available to participate full-time.
• Have a strong interest in learning and pursuing a career in the aquaculture sector.
• Be willing to participate in the six-month internship program and be assigned to RSI operational locations.
• Be disciplined, quick to learn, capable of working in a team, and interested in the aquaculture industry.
• Be physically and mentally fit and ready to work in field operational environments.
• Successfully pass the selection process established by RSI.
