The program is intended for D3 and bachelor’s degree graduates who are eager to learn, willing to develop their competencies, and ready to contribute across various areas of the company’s operations.

The Management Trainee 2026 Program is open to graduates from the 2026 and 2025 cohorts with various relevant educational backgrounds. Selected participants will have the opportunity to develop their professional skills while gaining practical work experience in the plantation and resource management industry.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum D3 or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Graduates from 2026 or 2025.
• Willing to undertake a 2-year-and-6-month service bond.
• Willing to be placed at company sites in Sumatra or Kalimantan.
