Guest lecture by Malgorzata Karzeniowska from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences on natural antioxidants in meat at the Food Technology Program, FP USU.

A guest lecture for the Food Technology Program was held on September 25, 2023. The guest lecturer invited to deliver the lecture was Malgorzata Karzeniowska from Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Poland. The event was attended by the Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Agriculture, USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si., the program head, lecturers, and 50 students of the Food Technology Program.


The lecture discussed natural antioxidants in meat and their use in preventing meat oxidation.


It is hoped that this guest lecture will enhance the knowledge of Food Technology students about antioxidants in meat.
