In the warm atmosphere of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), organized a Halal Bihalal event as a platform to strengthen social bonds and reinforce togetherness. The event took place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Suratman Hall, Faculty of Agriculture USU.
The event was attended by members of the faculty leadership, lecturers, and administrative staff within the Faculty of Agriculture USU, all of whom contributed to the spirit of togetherness following Eid al-Fitr. In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tavi Supriana, MS., expressed his sincere apologies (mohon maaf lahir dan batin) to the entire academic community. He also conveyed his hope that the Halal Bihalal event would further strengthen familial relationships and solidarity within the faculty.
The event series also included Eid greetings delivered by representatives of the lecturers, namely Dr. Rulianda Purnomo Wibowo, S.P., M.Ec., Prof. Dr. Ir. Lisa Mawarni, M.P., and Adrian Hilman, S.T.P., M.Sc., Ph.D. In addition, Eid greetings were also conveyed by a representative of the administrative staff, Mr. Fitriono.
Through this event, it is hoped that the spirit of togetherness and solidarity among the entire academic community of the Faculty of Agriculture USU will continue to grow stronger, thereby supporting the creation of a harmonious and collaborative working environment.
