An International Public Lecture was held by the Master's Program in Food Science, Undergraduate Program and Master's Program in Animal Husbandry on Friday, July 12, 2024. This public lecture event was held hybrid, through a Zoom meeting and offline at the D.H. Penny Building, USU Faculty of Agriculture.

This public lecture's theme was Milk for Human Nutrition: Understanding Its Nutritional Components and Processing Techniques. The speaker was Assoc. Prof. Nidhi Bansal, a food science and technology lecturer from Queensland University, Australia.

The event was opened by the Vice Dean III for Collaboration, Research, and Community Service, Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si. The Vice Dean III, Head of the Master's Program in Food Science, Head of the Master's Program in Animal Husbandry, and Head of the Undergraduate Program in Animal Husbandry presented souvenirs to the speakers.
