The Faculty of Agriculture at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) and Triputra Agro Persada Group (TAPG) successfully conducted a Campus Hiring event on February 3-4, 2025, at the Faculty of Agriculture, USU. The event was attended by 125 test participants from various universities, including alumni of the Faculty of Agriculture, USU.
In her speech, Prof. Dr. Ir. Elisa Julianti, M.Si. stated, "This is not the first time PT Triputra has held a campus hiring event at the Faculty of Agriculture. I hope many participants will pass and join Triputra."
The recruitment process began with a company profile presentation, followed by a Q&A session, written tests, and interviews. This initiative is expected to contribute to increasing the number of alumni who secure employment within a relatively short waiting period.
