The Faculty of Agriculture has held a Socialization of Decree No. 6 of 2022 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants / Non-Civil Servants of the Faculty of Agriculture USU, Tuesday (February 06, 2024).

 

This socialization event took place at the Main Building of the USU Faculty of Agriculture, starting with remarks by the Vice Dean II of FP USU (Ir. Revandy I.M. Damanik, M.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D) and continued with the delivery of resource material by Mrs. Eliza A. Rahayu, ST., M.Si. as Head of the Personnel Section of the USU HR Bureau.

 

To implement the provisions of Article 44 of PP No. 94/2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline, BKN has stipulated BKN Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning Implementation Regulations of PP 94/2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. This BKN Regulation aims to provide guidelines for Government Agencies, officials, and interested civil servants in implementing the provisions of PP 94/2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline.

 

In this socialization, Mrs. Eliza A. Rahayu, ST, M.Si. conveyed how the contents and explanations of the Authority of Functional Officials, Examination Teams, Imposition of Disciplinary Penalties, Termination of Salary Payments, Civil Servants Undergoing Disciplinary Punishment, Civil Servants Undergoing Assignment, Disciplinary Violations with Criminal Indications and Decreased Echelonization that apply as Civil Servants / Non-Civil Servants who work within the Universitas Sumatera Utara.

This socialization was attended by all Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, KTU, Kasubbag, Lecturers and Education Personnel of the Faculty of Agriculture. It is hoped that through this socialization, the discipline of all Civil Servants / Non-Civil Servants at the Faculty of Agriculture USU will increase so that the order and duties of Civil Servants / Non-Civil Servants as Civitas in the Faculty of Agriculture will be even better.
