FP USU conducts SKP filling training based on Permenpan-RB No. 6 of 2022. Faculty and staff gain knowledge on effective preparation and completion of SKP.

Medan – FP USU: The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), successfully conducted the 2022 SKP Filling Training, organized by the USU Human Resources Bureau. The training, based on Permenpan-RB No. 6 of 2022, took place in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Agriculture Main Building on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

This socialization aimed to provide a thorough understanding of how to prepare and fill out the Employee Work Target (SKP). The event commenced with opening remarks by the Head of Administrative Affairs (KTU) of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ahmad Faizul, S.E., M.Si. The presentation was then delivered by the expert speaker, Eliza A. Rahayu, S.T., M.Si., Head of Personnel Division at the USU HR Bureau.

Permenpan-RB No. 6 of 2022 on Managing the Performance of Civil Servants (ASN) replaces Permenpan-RB No. 8 of 2021 on Civil Service Management Systems. Significant changes between the two regulations include the scope of management, performance assessment, work behavior, and SKP format.

One notable change concerns the SKP format. Under the previous regulation, SKP merely outlined activities based on job descriptions. In contrast, Permenpan-RB No. 6 of 2022 now focuses on evaluating and inputting work results and work behavior into the SKP.

“The SKP plan is prepared in stages, starting from senior leadership positions or independent work unit leaders down to administrative and functional officials. Performance alignment from senior leadership to lower positions is carried out using the Result Role Matrix (MPH),” explained Eliza during her presentation.

She added, “The key point in SKP preparation lies in the development of the Result Role Matrix. Once this is completed correctly, the SKP can be ensured to be accurate, as this step is the foundation and key to SKP preparation.”

The socialization ran smoothly and interactively, with participants actively engaging in discussions and asking questions. Through this event, it is hoped that the academic community, including lecturers and administrative staff at the Faculty of Agriculture, can properly understand and fill out their SKP in accordance with Permenpan-RB No. 6 of 2022.
