The Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), invites alumni from the TS (2025/2026), TS-1 (2024/2025), and TS-2 (2023/2024) graduating cohorts to submit information on their competency certificates as part of the study program's accreditation process. Alumni participation is highly valued in supporting the continuous improvement and quality assurance of the program.
The Animal Science Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), invites all alumni from the TS (2025/2026), TS-1 (2024/2025), and TS-2 (2023/2024) graduating cohorts to participate in the Competency Certificate Data Collection as part of the preparation of the Study Program Accreditation Self-Evaluation Report.
This data collection aims to obtain information on competency certificates held by alumni, which serve as one of the performance indicators in the accreditation process. All information provided will be used solely for accreditation purposes and will be treated with strict confidentiality.
For the purposes of this data collection, competency certificates refer to certificates issued by authorized institutions that verify an individual's professional competence in a particular field, including:
BNSP/LSP competency certificates;
Professional competency certificates;
Professional or technical certification;
Computer certification;
Language proficiency certification;
Digital certification; and
Other certifications relevant to professional competencies.
Please note: Certificates of participation for seminars, webinars, training programs, workshops, or similar activities are not considered competency certificates and should not be included.
Alumni who possess more than one competency certificate are encouraged to submit information for all certificates they have obtained through the following link:
