Medan, July 1, 2026 – The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FP USU), has officially established a partnership with Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). The agreement was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture USU, Rulianda Purnomo Wibowo, and the Chief Executive Officer of Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte. Ltd., Dato' Seri Ashraf Bakar.
This partnership aims to strengthen the synergy between academia and industry in supporting the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi) while enhancing institutional relations between both organizations.
The scope of the collaboration includes research, community service, internship programs, fieldwork programs, practitioner lecturers, workforce recruitment, business incubator development, and other areas mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Through this two-year agreement, the Faculty of Agriculture USU and Aliyah Rizq Holdings Pte. Ltd. are committed to developing collaborative programs that benefit students and faculty members while supporting the enhancement of education quality, research, and graduates' readiness to meet the demands of the workforce.
