“Integrity culture is not built solely through regulations but through shared commitment and changes in work culture at every organizational level. Through this socialization, the Faculty of Agriculture declares its determination to create a work environment free from collusion, corruption, and nepotism, and focused on excellent public service,” said Ir. Revandy.

In her presentation titled “Strategies for Implementing Integrity Zones (ZI WBK) in the Workplace (Enablers 1–6)”, Nurbaiti outlined five strategies for accelerating the development of the Integrity Zone, namely:

  1. Building genuine commitment and a spirit of change from leadership to staff.

  2. Improving ease, speed, and transparency in public services.

  3. Creating programs that meet the needs of the community or service users.

  4. Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of ZI WBK/WBBM development.
