Profile

Prof. Ir. Hotnida Sinaga, M.Phil., Ph.D. is a highly qualified and experienced individual with a strong commitment to education and research. She is a graduate of the University of Queensland, where she earned her Ph.D. in Agricultural Science in 2015. Her research interests include the development of new food processing technologies, the use of sustainable agricultural practices, and the impact of food production on the environment.
