USU Faculty of Agriculture Lecturer Shares Expertise in Silvofishery Training with Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu and KTH Penghijauan Maju Bersama A lecturer from the Aquatic Resources Management Study Program (MSP) at the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), served as a resource person in a silvofishery training program in Pasar Rawa Village, Langkat Regency. Supported by PT Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu, the program aimed to strengthen community capacity in mangrove-based aquaculture management to promote sustainable coastal development. 20 July 2026

USU Faculty of Agriculture Showcases Innovation and Strengthens Partnerships at the 4th T-POMI 2026 Through its program in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), participated in the 4th Technology and Talent Palm Oil Mill Indonesia (T-POMI) 2026, held at Adimulia Hotel Medan from July 8–10, 2026. During the exhibition, the Faculty showcased a range of research outputs and technological innovations, including the Combine Digester, while expanding collaboration opportunities with government agencies, industry, research institutions, and international partners. The participation reflects the Faculty's commitment to research-based education, technological innovation, and strategic partnerships in support of sustainable agricultural development and the achievement of SDGs 4, 8, 9, and 17. 14 July 2026
